ive had sore legs for months! is this normal?!

Question: Ive had sore legs for months! is this normal?
so i quit soccer for like 4 years and just started again this year. ive been playing basically everyday for like 7 months. at first i was fine i would be sore for a few days and it would go away. i never really stretch before or after playing until after like 3 months of playing my legs got sore and they stayed like that for months! everyday they are sore i cant feel them but i still keep playing soccer everyday. i cant really run but i started stretching before i play and i can run but nor full speed because it hurts. its pretty much my thighs calfs the back part of my knee on the back of the leg. even when i walk it hurts its been like this for months. sometimes i get this weird feeling on my leg where i can run and i dont get tired from running like i dont run out of breath and my body is not tired but me legs feel heavy and really tired my muscles hurt and my bones on my leg start hurting its weird. i want to be able to play fully healed since soccer tryouts for my school are in 14 days. what should i do? will i be healed for tryouts. also i started taking vitamins and protein shakes before or after soccer this month but i dont know if its helping or not. any advice?

It probably wouldn't hurt to go see your doctor. Just tell her whats going on and see what she says. If you don't think this is necessary talk to a doctor yet tell your soccer coach or school athletic trainer (if you have one) about it and see what they have to say. Ohh and you should probably let your parents know about it too. I hope your legs are feeling better soon.

All I could recommend is stretching good before exercise. If not, people may end up in painful situations such as yours.

I have had a friend who never stretched and was active, and his muscles started out-growing his bones so he was made to not exercise for about one year o_O.

If you are concerned by it though, please go see a doctor or specialist.

Start stretching...

Well, I don't know if I'll be much help honestly, but I started to play football in 7th grade and it was my first actual experience with hard physical activity. Other than being out of shape and therefore tired all the time I was fine for the first three weeks of practice, then one day about half way though practice my legs began to have a spasm. The were shaking violently and I could barely move. The school's trainer gave my some stretches to do and told me to ice after every practice and use heat before practice. This helped allot and I never really had a problem the rest of that season or any other season. (I stopped the heat and ice regiment after the first season). So good luck and keep at it
