If your knee gets twisted can it heal or does it take other treatment to heal it?
Just asking cause my knee twisted when I fell on it in March and I know it hasn't gotten better.
But at least its not swollen anymore.

The knee needs treatment. Leaving it alone is going to cause further pain and especially as you get older. You need to see an orthopedic specialist as soon as possible.
