How can I get my body to go to sleep earlier so that I can wake earlier without being tired all day?
I want to get to bed earlier, but I can't get to sleep until my old bed time comes a couple hours later. How can I train my body to fall asleep earlier?

make sure you exercise and wear yourself out....and use your brain to tell yourself you are sleepy....it takes time, take some calcium two hours before your ready to go to sleep...this helps....also make sure you have no lights and keep your eyes closed when you lay down...remember if you give too much attention to trying to sleep...you wont sleep...tell yourself that you are tired and relaxed and count down from 100 as you go to sleep...all of these help...hope you get there....sweet dreams...
