Ankle sprained... ?
I'm 16... almost 17, and I sprained my ankle pretty bad yesterday. I went home and iced it and elevated it. When I woke up the pain was horrible, but now (6:00 pm), it barely hurts to walk on now. Should I be walking on it a LITTLE bit, just to stretch it a little, or should I just try to completely stay off of it until it feels back to normal???

If your foot isn't causing you too much pain, the walking on it shouldn't be a problem...just don't over do it for a day or two.
Rest your foot as much as possible. Keep it elevated when resting. If it swells a little after exercise, then go back to the ice.
