Question: Does this mean i get out of school today also?
I got a doctor's note yesterday that read SIG: Patient seen in clinic today. Please excuse from school today and tommorrow 2/10/2011 due to illness.

If you saw the doctor on February 10 and it said excuse patient from school today & tomorrow, then that meant 10th and 11th, so no school today. It also has the dates 10th and 11th on it too so just from that alone if I was reading it I would assume that's what it meant. :)
