Question: I have sever pain above my left bottom had it for about three days?
Right about wen I was going in the shower I got like a cramp on the same spot. It would hurt but not as bad as in the third day having the pain. Hurts so much I can't handle the pain

I agree you need to go to A & E now, i'm a first aider but have no idea what could have caused this, better safe than sorry
What are you waiting? Have someone take you to emergency ward. Acute (severe) pain means you need quick attention. don't waste time. If you are alone, call emergency number for ambulance. Do it!
