Fast treatment? what did i do?
my right arm (between the elbow and the sholder)has a sore spot towards the back. it hurts to punch or try to move arm! And i HAVE to go to Karate in 25 minutes! any ideas to what it might be and what i can do to make it stop or atlease not hurt as much? I have not changed any dailt activitys i walked the dogs at the humane society and one was a tough walker. could that of done it? what sould i do to ease the pain alittle. no medication because i have none and i dont have time to go to the store.And i dont want to be drowse when i workout!

Yes, that tough-walker dog probably would have caused an injury in your arm. Do you have Aspercreme or a similar pain-relieving ointment? If so, use it.
