How come no one knows about Ibuprofen?
I've answered so many pain questions concerning teeth pain, sunburn pain, period cramps, etc. and no one knows the wonders of Ibuprofen. PEOPLE, Ibuprofen dulls the pain. Disclaimer....Make sure you check the bottle for the correct dosage and warnings.

I think a lot of people are just conditioned to take tylenol or aspirin when in pain. Tylenol as been available OTC longer than ibuprofen. But ibuprofen does work best on some pain. And the advantage of ibuprofen, as one other person wrote, is that it helps control inflammation, as well as pain. I keep a bottle of the stuff in my medicine cabinet, first aid kit, boat kit, car kit, etc.
