Going on school trip, but I have trouble sleeping...?!
Question: Going on school trip, but I have trouble sleeping...?
I can't sleep. It's OK at home because my bedroom is quite a distance away from my parent's room, and they don't hear me in the night, but I know that in my sleep I thrash about very violently, I scream and I cry for no apparent reason. It's just what I've always done.
I don't want to make a complete fool of myself on this trip - what can I do?

Oh, my friend does that, too. She just warned us ahead of time, and I put up with her kicking my every 5 minutes lol. But seriously, just tell your friends.
Cute.
I would recommend Marijuanas to help you sleep, but that may not be too good...
Anyway, after all that stuff you're doing, you'll be tuckered out anyway.
Hot milk is usually helpful.
EDIT:
I think you need to calm yourself before you sleep. Don't just jump into bed straight off, take some time to meditate on your day and prepare your subconcious for a deep sleep. Relax first.
Just tell your friends what happens. If they are your friends they will be fine with it. One of my daughters friends does the same thing. She sleeps over and everyone just knows that she will probably yell and scream etc. so they just are used to her. She laughs about it the next day when they mention it and nobody really makes a big deal about it. You are asleep....you have no control over what happens lol. We all have little quirks that make us unique ;D
