Lower abdominal twinges, Ruling out pregnancy?

mostly on my right lower abdomen, i have been feeling this "twinge" feeling off and on all day.
It doesnt hurt, and itsnt really uncomfortable, but it just feels really odd. i can see movement when i feel the twinges.

so i called my practitioner, she doesnt think it needs immediate medical attention, but she wants me to come in to rule out pregnancy next week, since i have had unprotected sex.

if i were pregnant, what would cause these twinges?
have you had these when you were pregnant?
or not pregnant?
is it likely that i am pregnant?
or could it be something else?
any ideas?
i was thinking maybe its AAA

its not gas.

im not late on my period but i had wierd periods the past two months.
but i really dont think i could be pregnant.

im just worried this is something serious and it cant wait a week.

are you late on your period?....how could you not know if you're pregnant or not?...if you are late, take a pregnancy test. otherwise, it might be gas....it sounds silly, but gas can be really painful and strange...hopefully you're ok...good luck though
