I agree with Grace. These are symptoms of a migraine. But the chills sound like the flu. My son just called me yesterday telling me he had chills. I'll bet it's the flu. You should stay in bed and get some rest and clear fluids.
If I were you I would go to the Emergency Room and get checked out by The Doc
