HI,

I am a physical therapist. Psoritac arthritis is a systemic disease that affects multiple joints. For a clear diagnosis and treatment ideas, consider seeking help from a rheumatologist.

Good luck.

Genetic testing would only tell you if you have the potential for it, not whether you will get it. Many people with psoriasis never develop it. You should, however, always pay attention to unusual joint pains, eye pain or swelling, and gastrointestinal symptoms that do not resolve with normal home treatments.
