Your sense of taste will come back when your sense of smell comes back and that will happen when your sinuses clear. To help with that sip hot drinks and breathe in the steam, use a netti pot if you have one and want to give that a try, suck on mentholated lozenges, and so on. With a cold mostly you have to wait it out.
