i fractured my ankle and i was wondering if its safew to go to my friends pool with a fracture

Sure, if you don't have a plaster cast. Just be careful, as you need to use your feet and ankle like flippers when you swim and if you are supposed to keep your foot immobile, that would not be good for it. It takes quite a bit of foot action to swim.
