Kink in neck?!

Kink in neck?
I have a kink in my neck because when i woke up the morning i went to crack the right side of my neck and when it did that it seemed like it cracked my right side and locked up my left how do i get ride of the kink in it, it hurts so bad i cant turn my head to the left at all now. i was able to at first if i pushed down on it but now it wont turn at all and there is a little pain just looking straight on my left side of my neck help!

You pinched a nerve when you cracked your neck. You should go to the chiropractor and have it set right! If not you will be in more pain after you wake up tomorrow! Put some heat on it!
