OK i have a stiff neck and im only 14 years old,I havent drinkt water in ages,I somtime skip meals,and i use 2 pillows to sleep and i sleep on the side of my neck were it is still and it herts.Why do i have a stiff neck it has been 2 weeks now and it is still not gone,how can i make it go away

put a hot towel around it and relax.
and try changing what you drink.. water is so important to have.. and eat, you need nurishment to make your body better, and sleep in a way that supports your neck.
