My sleep pattern has gone crazy. I sleep all day and am awake at night. Any Advice on returning it to normal?

Since I stopped working and got an internet connection at home, I've spent all night chatting on yahoo. Now I can't wake up before 2pm and can not get to sleep until about 3am now. My sleep pattern has gone crazy. The day is usually wasted and I am like a vampire. I just can't wake up in the mornings. Can anyone offer my any advice on how to return my sleep pattern back to normality?

As an ex-insomniac, I recomend Melatonin. It is a natural hormone that your body produces. It begins to rise in the evening and stays high during the night. It helps your body know that it is time for sleeping. You can buy it over the counter as a sleep aid. I take 6 mg at night as I lay down to sleep. I have had not problems drifting off. It is non-addicting and natural but really works. Doctors have put me on other drugs for sleep but they only worked short-term and I worried about addiction. This one works and if I don't need it, I don't take it with no problems. It won't knock you out so if you keep chatting it won't do much. It can reset your sleep schedule, though, by resetting your body clock! Give it a try.
