Answers:

You need to reset your circadian rhythm and don't rush out to your doctor or pharmacy to find some medication that's going to fix your problem, it will only complicate and damage your body's health.

The Pineal gland, located in the center of your brain, secrets Melatonin. Its secretion is inhibited by light and stimulated by darkness. Therefore, melatonin production peaks at night.

If you have gotten used to sleeping during the day and not in complete darkness, you most likely have not been getting real quality sleep.

There are many benefits to having your body produce enough Melatonin. It appears to help regulate the release of growth hormone in men. Melatonin may have a positive affect on bone metabolism in humans.

It's important to supplement your body with a few things to help reset the circadian rhythm, like melatonin. Do NOT take the typical melatonin pills sold in stores because if you use it long term, because it will degrade cellular DNA which is always the case with synthetic-source melatonin or other synthetic-source supplements.

Only one company I know of sells a good quality melatonin product that will help you and feed your body and that is at: www.healthline.cc (not .com).

They also sell a product called "Tranquinol" that I use a lot of because it helps you to get two REM sleep cycles in one night. You wake up feeling very refreshed and well rested. It's not a sleeping pill.

good luck to you
