Should I workout with DOMS?!


Question: Should I workout with DOMS?
I'm a beginner when it comes to working out, 2 days ago I had my first real workout, and the soreness hasn't gone away yet. My friend wants me to come and workout with him today, but since the DOMS hasn't gone away yet, is it a good idea?

Answers:

I doubt you could injure yourself, but why suffer? I'd say no to today's workout and let your muscles recover before you demand any more from them. This way, you will feel much stronger next time.
