Pain in the lower right abdomen?!

Could be appendicitis; sounds a lot like my symptoms when I had it. You probably should go to the ER if you haven't had any sudden impact or trauma to your side.

Sometimes a pinched muscle in your back can give you pains that will be in that place as well. You can get rid of the pinched muscles by freeing them up and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. If the pain persists it may be your appendix and you should seek some medical treatment for it.

It could be any variety of things ranging from simple constipation or benign cysts on the ovaries and possibly appendicitis!! If you have fever and are sweating like a bull, I hope you got to the E.R. B4 you read this answer b/c it's ruptured and your in threat of severe sepsis (blood poisoning) and could die if left untreated.
