by caretaker dosent want to take me becuse i have been 10 times and they havent found anyrhing. she thinks it is in my head. my head hurts muscle twitches body slight shaking. i am going to go alone. i have nobody to take me.

you may be having panic attacks. Or some of the hard to diagnose forms of epilepsy. (like complex partial seizures, which are very hard to diagnose) i think a neurologist might be more useful than going to the ER, but i have no idea how you could make that happen.
