Migrains/ Imitrex????

If you have taken or currently taking Imitrex.....

What is the worst side effect that you have experienced?

I currently take Imitrex in 100mg doses. I am 22 years old. I have taken Imitrex since way back when it was in a shot form. The only side effects that I seem to have is that my neck sometimes feels stiff and my heart rate increases some.

My mother also takes it, and she never feels any side effects.

The downside of Imitrex is that it is truly an early stopper for headaches. You have to take it when you first feel your headache coming on; if you wait until it's a bad headache, it doesn't always work.
