Perhaps you could boost your energy levels with more energy enzymes from more fruit and vegetables.

Iron anemia is certainly a possibility as well.

I suffer with CFS/ME

Exercise for CFS Sufferers
Despite extensive research, the causes of and possible cure for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) continue to elude medical science. “There has been a remarkable lack of benefit demonstrated from any of the broad array of antiviral, immunological, hormonal, antidepressant and other treatments evaluated,” says a report published in The Medical Journal of Australia (MJA). Programs involving physical exercise, such as walking, cycling, or swimming, however, have been found to produce better results than a number of other therapies. Some CFS sufferers avoid exercise because they find that doing too much of it worsens their symptoms. Yet, balance is needed. Some individuals who exercise carefully, staying within the limitations imposed by their symptoms, experience ‘significant improvement’ in depression tests, perceived well-being, work capacity, and blood pressure, reports the MJA. “Graded physical exercise should become a cornerstone of the management approach for patients with CFS,” concludes the report.

Defining Fibromyalgia
According to the American College of Rheumatology, “the diagnosis of fibromyalgia is based on the person’s history of chronic widespread pain and the finding of tender points by the physician in specific locations.” There are also other symptoms, some similar to those of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
Indeed, many people who have FMS also have CFS and other illnesses. Depression and abnormal anxiety are common among FMS sufferers, and it appears that FMS is generally the cause of these problems and not the result. FMS can be aggravated by such external conditions as too much or too little physical activity, a cold front moving in, a sleepless night, or extra stress.
Previously known by different names including fibrositis, FMS is not deforming or crippling, nor is it life threatening in itself. While it cannot be said with certainty that FMS is hereditary, it has been found in more than one member of some families. It affects millions of people and occurs in adults of all ages, with more women being affected than men.

We are all suffering some more than others.

Spiritual darkness covers the earth. (Isa. 60:2) Since mankind’s fall into sin, Satan, “the god of this system of things,” has kept people in spiritual darkness, and moral degradation has been the result.—2 Cor. 4:4.

Perhaps your getting too much sleep? 12 hours is no good. If you sleep for that long you will be fairlly tired the rest of the day. Try going to sleep at the same time every day and aim for about 8 hours. Also look to your nutrition and excersise. Either of these might hold the answere.

There could be many reasons. Do you drink enough water? Are you sleeping too much? Do you have any food allergies? Have you been tested for any diseases? Do you have sleep apnea? Are you getting enough exercise? Many possibilities.

Try cutting out sugar. It can really, really make you very tired.

You could try packing your diet with high energy food sources such as carbohydrates for example pasta or you could try drinking energy drinks which do help but im not sure about the negative effects associated with them.

Its because you get too much sleep that you are tired. Limit yourself to 7-8 hours and no more. You should start feeling more awake after a week or two.

I'm no doctor, but perhaps it's something to do with your diet? If you don't eat properly, then your sleeping patterns are affected. Maybe you need more energy?

Google "Iron Deficiency", this could be the source of your problem, its quite common.

Are you thirsty all the time, peeing a lot and/or having trouble with your vision? You could be diabetic..check out with your Dr.

You might have a sleep disorder ask your Dr. for a sleep study.
