Question: Sharp pain when I breathe deep?

I'm 15, and when I breathe deeply, I have a sharp pain in my chest. It just started today and I also have upper back pain. I have scoliosis, but it is mild and I don't think that is what is causing it because I have had it for a while and it's never bothered me. Why is this happening?
