toilet during the night?!
Question: Toilet during the night?
I keep waking up during the night (different times each night) and I am always bursting for the toilet. I sometimes wake up 3 or 4 times in a night and go to the toilet then fall asleep straight away. However, it has only started happening recently as in the past month or two and I don't know why because nothing has changed ..apart from ive started eating a bit healthier? Oh and also, I go to the toilet straight before I go to bed and don't drink anything before I go to bed so I don't know why this is happening!

You might have an UTI ( urinary tract infection)...get your urine tested by your GP.

Your body is just detoxing, its getting used to the healthier you. Get used to it for just a couple of months and train your body. (like potty training all over again) you'll be fine...

It could be overactive bladder. You should go and see your Doctor to find out though as it could also be kidney related. Good luck and take care!
