Question: REALLY sharp pain in lower right Abdomen, what could this be???!!!?

I've been erm... Constipated... For a few days, and just this evening I've had such an incredibly sharp pain come on in my lower right abdomen. It's a stabbing pain which is really horrible and uncomfortable. It especially hurts when pressed.. :/ What could this be?

I think the bowel is higher up and more to the left. In the lower right abdomen is the appendix. Yet you may have just pulled a muscle or tendon while straining on the toilet. Only my lay knowledge!

I'm also wondering about gall bladder symptoms.

your all bunged up because u need a poo no biggie but if it continues or u haven't pooped by sunday, deffo go to the doctor
