Answers:

for your period cramps: (ive studied about this long and hard) I know many women or teens can get severe cramps to the point they are left imobile., throw up, sweating and shaking, fatigue, etc.

heres some tips and supplements that will be of aid for you:
the week before your period start taking:

Zinc (30 mg) - this will help balance out hormones, prevent acne, and prevent those pms symptoms.

Evening Primrose Oil- a natural anti immflmitory that helps reduce cramps and stops sweats, also good for acne.

Ginger- helps to remove toxins from the body and also a good anti immflamitory.

Vitamin B5- Stabilizes your mood and anxiety. also helps with cramps. prevents fatigue and keeps your energy levels up.

Vitamin B6- Same as B5 but this one is very necessery. as it helps with hormonal and reproductive problems women can have during periods.

Vitamin K- Secret vitamin most women lack of. if you are suffering from heavy blood flow or blot clots you need to take at least 100 mcg daily of K. you will see a change in your period 2-3 months after continued use.

Flaxseed Oil- these grains are useful as they contain natural omega-6 like the primrose oil, take 2 teaspoons daily. one in the morning and one at night. helps to reduce cramping.

Vitamin C- natural antioxidant. rhelps red blood cells.

Iron- take this if you are losing too much blood during your cycles. it is very important.

Hydrolyzed Liquid Collagen- great for reducing cramps and body aches in the muscles .

Herbal Teas- I recommend the brand from YOGI. they have one for almost everything including a women's MOON CYCLE.

Accupuncture- great treatment for hormonal imbalances, cramps, and other problems associated with pms symptoms including Endometriosis .

hope this is of some help.

Try could try using Motrine, but I would use Midol...

It comes in Extra Strength
and you can find it at your local Drug Store...CVS...Walgreen, wherever.

Also, if you take a hot bath, that can really help relax your muscles, which will relax your cramps.

Also, somtimes you can find this in stores, sometimes not...
it's a small heating pillow.
You just pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and it retains heat.
If you lay that on your stomach over your shirt, it will relax the muscles.

But if you don't have access to one of those, just use Midol.

Good Luck.

An anti-inflammatory like advil is good to alleviate cramps. If you have a lot of pain and problems with your periods you may want to consider going on a birth control pill that will help. Talk to your obgyn and see what your options are. Also, a heating pad can help too.
