I have lower back/side pain, half-numbess and a little rash......?!

I called my doctor and she told me that I most likely had a ovarian cyst pop/break/rupture. I know I have them, but the pain, rash, and numbess seems a bit more severe than that. I can def stand the pain, it's not excruciating, but it is very tender and I occasionally get sharp pangs. What else could this be? My Doc told me to go to the ER if the pain is unbearable. I'm currently taking Ibuprofen, but it doesn't do much.

If you were to trace a line from your belly button to your side, that's where it is. Like I have said, it hurts, there is a minor rash, and it's half numb. Thanks in advance!
