Teenagers are supposed to get from 8-10 hours of sleep per day.

If you hit the sack between 9 and 11 pm you should be OK.

IF YOU ARE 14, YOUR YOUNG AND FREE, SOMETIMES YOU CAN STAY AWAKE ALL WEEK AND OTHER TIMES YOU ARE AS TIRED AS ANYTHING.

WHEN YOU ARE 14, SLEEP ISNT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. BUT IF YOU ARE FINDING SLEEPING PATTERNS DIFFICULT, TRY GOING TO SLEEP AT 10 - 10:30, AND GETTING UP AT 7, IF AFTER A FEW WEEKS YOUR STILL FINDING IT HARD, TRY SOMETHING LIKE CALMS OR SYNEX, TRY EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF, IF ALL ELSE FAILS, GO TO YOUR DOCTOR,

IT COULD BE A NUMBER OF THINGS THAT ARE CAUSING YOU SLEEP DEPREVARION,

BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SLEEP MEDICATION IS A LAST RESORT, IS RESTRICTS YOU FROM LEARNING HOW TO DRIVE, RESTRICTS YOU FROM CERTAIN TYPES OF JOBS AMD WILL AFFECT YOUR WHOLE LIFE X

GOOD LUCK X X X

HINGS THAT

You probably need about 10 hours of sleep a night. Teenagers usually need much more sleep than they get. Check here.

6 hours minimum, 8 hours should be enough. Getting 10 hours of sleep does not significantly improve your energy throughout the day, that's old research. So as long as you are getting 8 hours, you should be fine.

There is a huge variation in requirement but 8 hours is always suggested.

GP for more years than I care to remember
