Are these muscle pains I'm having or something else?!

Question: Are these muscle pains I'm having or something else?
Okay, so I went to the emergency room almost 2 weeks ago because I had pain on my sides for about a week. They took blood and urine and did tests and said my organs were fine, and said it could possibly be muscle pains.

I don't really watch what I eat as much as I should and my sides are still hurting a small bit and my heart is too every once in a while, and when I breath in sometimes it feels like I can't breath in fully, but the breathing part has happened a lot throughout my life.

The only exercise I've really gotten the past few months is at work, where I serve food for about 3-4 hours, 3-4 days a week on average, and this includes lifting and carrying about 20-25 pounds at times.

So from the information, do you think it is muscle pains that is causing the pain or something else?

You may have a condition called costochondritis. There is no cure, but costochondritis usually goes away on its own and is short-lived, although in some cases it may last for several months or longer.

To ease your pain until it fades, your doctor may recommend:

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) and naproxen (Aleve)
Antidepressants, specifically a category of medicines called tricyclic antidepressants, if pain is making it difficult to sleep at night
Muscle relaxants, which can also help ease pain
