Question: Although i try, it is almost impossile for me to fall asleep (currently i havnt slept for three days)?
myself and my friends are getting a bit worried that im not sleeping. my parents don't know as they often go to sleep quite early. currently i havn't slept for three days straight, but iits not by choice, i just cant sleep. however i dont get tired, for example when i dont sleep until six o'clock, and then i wake up for school at seven, im never tired, i can get up with no problem. but my eyes sting. they are always red (not bloodshot, the whites acctually go red) so any ideas on how to get to sleep? ive already tried wordless lullabys, strong sleeping tablets, hot chocolates, different matresses, different positions, turning all electronics off, and now im out of ideas, can anyone help?

I get a little help from a decaf tea. Very soothing and relaxing. There are some natural herbs you can get from the Health Food Store also. If there is too much noise around you when you are trying to sleep, you may consider getting a sound machine. I got mine at Target. It has several different sounds that will block out all the external noises. Good sleeping.

Look at your exercise and eating patterns, too much or too little. Try to get anything that's worrying you off your chest by talking them out with a good confidential listener or by writing them down. Are you excited about anything in your life. Is it hormonal due to age. Is it nervous? Good luck and sweet dreams.

smoke a some weed. but just a little bit because you dont wanna get high just make you want to take a nap!
