Eye muscle spasm?!

Eye muscle spasm?

I have been having a muscle spasm in eye my right eye for some time now, it happens several times a day and has been going on for a few weeks now. It's always in the same spot and the same eye. What causes this and how can I amke it stop, it feels like my eye had it's own heartbeat or something and it is really creeping me out.

Stress, anxiety, dehydration, potassium deficiency, electrolyte imbalance. Can one or a combination of several. Then I might be missing a few too.
