Violent shaking while I sleep?!
Question: Violent shaking while I sleep?
Ive started like shuddering in my sleep twice so far. Both times were while I was dreaming and I realized that what I was experiencing was a dream. I then try to make the dream do what I want to do. As soon as I consciously changed something in the dream my body starts shaking violently. It scares the **** out of me. What is causing this?

You may have a sleep disorder. There are several different kinds, You should talk to someone about this. Your doctor can help with it.

Another possibility is restless legs syndrome.
