Possible torn ligament on the ulnar side of my upper forearm?!

Question: Possible torn ligament on the ulnar side of my upper forearm?
Recently while at the gym I must have torn something on the upper-right-most part of my forearm(ulnar section), just below my wrist. I feel nasty pain when I rotate my hand with the palm up and applying weight, like holding a bowling ball. I cannot do close-hand (tricep) bench, as when the hands are closer in I feel the pain. I also felt pain doing tricep pull downs. I can still do hammer curls and most press-forms of lifting, like shoulder and bench press. It has been a week since the injury and it has barely improved, but the pain still remains. Has anyone experienced this before and can for sure tell me the problem, if not, I will definitely visit the doctor within the coming days.

You may have a tear in the ulnotriquetral (UT) ligament, The Mayo Clinic was the first to identify this injury for what it is, and to develop a treatment/repair for it. This may be a situation where you need to see a doctor.
