Seriously scared? Need help!?!

Question: Seriously scared? Need help!?
Okay; so I've had a throat/sinus infection for awhile. I went to the dr and got antibiotics; and he said my ears look fine. So then that night my ear felt blocked; so I plugged my nose and blew and it hurt for a sec; then it felt pressurized.. and it has for awhile.. It feels more pressurized some times than it does other times.. How do I get rid of it? I've popped it like that like 40 times since then; and then it always feels pressurized. And It's sometimes hard to hear; cause the hearing is muffled.

Should I use ear drops or what?
Plus for about a month I've had fluid behind the eardrum or whatever from a sinus infec. The doctor said It will go away with time.
I am only 12; and my mom said It WOULDN'T damage my eardrum or anything. :P
It doesn't hurt; It's just pressurized and annoyingg.
Thanks!

Sudafed ( or anything with Pseudoephedrine in it). It helps to open up the Eustacean tubes between your ears and the back of your throat to help equalize the pressure as well as drain any excess fluid that may build up.

Personal experience

Eat a whole fresh pineapple tomorrow and Tuesday. If you have a sinus infection it will help it go away. Take a ride with your parents up into the mountains 7000 feet or so and your ears should equalize. If you live in Denver drive to Kansas. Find a heated pool and dive to the bottom, your ears may equalize there. Don't do any of my suggestions without your parents approval.
