Question: Is Ocean Hills Recovery a SCAM? Are they MISLEADING about there FACILITY and PROGRAM?

Is there anyone who went to Ocean Hills Recovery Drug & Alcohol Program that was lied to about the program they offered after arriving there to find this out? Was there mice Infested in the Rehab home with mice droppings in the food cabinets? Please share!
