oh the joy of new piercings...

don't worry. it is completely normal.

the only thing you can do is keep them clean. if you really want to get them to heal fast buy some dial liquid soap (the unscented kind) or if you have sensitive skin buy silk soap. when you're taking a shower lather some soap in your hands then rub the soap all over the piercing and your jewelry. move the jewelry all around so the soap gets inside the pierced skin to get it clean.

if that still isn't enough then go to kroger or wal-mart or somewhere and get some sea salt from the spice aisle and put a pinch of that in a dixie cup of hot water. dissolve it and put it on a cotton ball or gauze and soak that completely over the hole for 10 minutes while you're watching tv or something.

this will help it heal fast. whatever you do, do not take the jewelry out. try not to touch the piercing with dirty hands ever. always wash hands before touching it. sleeping sucks because you can't control which way you roll in your sleep so it will be sore for sometime until it's completely healed.

give it time. it's worth it.
