Feet/toes cramping?!

Question:

Feet/toes cramping?

Both of my feet/toes are cramping and have been for the last hour...any advise how to stop? and what causes it?

I am on a antibiotic and a steriod for asthma flareup.

Answers:

This is usually caused by low potassium, sometimes by other minerals in your blood. The best thing...get more electrolytes. They're in most of the sports drinks. In fact, sports drinks were invented to cope with exactly this problem...frequently caused by dehydration and/or strenuous exercise. A steroid might cause you to get a bit dehydrated in the heat.
