I did a few adderall 30mg last night, Something is wrong?

I dont know but i like did them and was up for awhile then got really tired because i hadnt slept in 30+ hours so i went to sleep for like 5 hrs. Its been about 13 hours since i had done them. Now everytime i stand up i get horribly dizzy and eyesight goes blurry and my legs almost give out. Its freaking me out, what can be wrong?

i dont know but to add, i did not injest them, a friend told me to snort them, and dont get me wrong im not a druggie, im not going to be doing this ever again

Amphetamine-dextroamphetamine (Adderall) may cause blurred vision, weakness, dizziness, and restlesness. These are considered normal early side effects and usually subside after several weeks. Having said that, you took "a few" tablets of a medication you weren't prescribed and you are fortunate you didn't experience some of the OTHER side effects, which include cardiac arrest, seizures, or coma. It is imperative you go to an emergency department NOW as this can still happen. It probably will happen if you continue to abuse drugs, but then you already know that.
