Question: Do I have a minor concussion?
Yesterday, my head got slammed on the floor, carpeted, hard.
Of course, it hurt really really bad and I felt like my head was going to just crack open. Today, it still hurts a lot, I've been kind of dizzy/off balance and a little disoriented, and I've been feeling nauseous pretty much all day.
I didn't see any stars though when my head hit the floor and I didn't go unconscious.

It sounds like you do have one. Go to a hospital,urgent care clinic,or your primary doctor. You need to have it checked out.
