Personally, I would not. I would let the panic subside. You could take some Benadryl, but be sure it's actually Benadryl.

Relax for the moment. You will probably be fine, just keep an eye out for anything unusual, like chest pain or your heart beating really fast (even when you have calmed down)

You don't need to panic, most likely the worst that will happen is you are going to have trouble sleeping tonight. Also you should skip tomorrows dose and then start taking it normally the day after tomorrow

Relax and take some deep breaths. Call you local pharmacy or contact poison control and tell them what happened and tell then you are not sure if this is dangerous and do not know what to do.

Call the poison hotline or a pharmacy and ask them. Don't spend $3000. at the emergency room just because you might die!
