How to pop between neck and back?!

Question: How to pop between neck and back?
It's a tricky area, because it's not quite my neck, but too far up too be considered my back. I crack my neck and I can feel stress on the muscles around it but am unable to crack it. It hurts really badly. I know cracking your neck is bad, but how can I crack this area??

Oh for pete's sake; go to a GOOD chiropractor; one who massages muscle tissue before making any adjustments. Do not continually crack yourself; it provides temporary relief, but you don't know anything about your proper alignment. It's best to get a good referral to a chiropractor. I've been to them all my life, and there are a LOT of quacks out there. But the good ones will relieve your pain like magic - you won't believe it!

Relief from tinnitus, stabbing pains in upper back, bulging disc in T5-6 area, numbness and burning in hands and arms, plantar plantar fasciitis (feet problems), lower back rib out of place, and foot/ankle bone out of place (this is over 20+ years -- not all at once!)

lay down(on flat surface, ground is best) on your stomach, and put arms at sides. Have someone that you trust to straddle your lower back, putting their hands, palms down, on either side of your spine in the area needing to be popped. Make sure they only do this on the middle back. If they try to pop too low or too high, it could be painful. Next, have the person instruct you to breathe in and out 2 times. On the second breath OUT, have them push down firmly with both hands (that are already positioned on either side of spine). This should "pop" your back. hope this helps!

dumb idea. the source of your problems is your upper neck. get it professionally corrected then leave it alone. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.
