3 days ive had a bladder infection for, im drinking like 4litres of water a day, taking triple strength cranberry capsules all day, not eating sugar, washing, not having sex etc and it goes in the day and then its back the next morning, the docs wont give me any antibiotics because i get this every month and they wont give me anymore

Take a hot bath with 1/2 cup of organic apple cider vinegar in it. Soak for a good 1/2 hour. Make sure you use the organic stuff though. The regular stuff has added sugar. You can get the organic stuff at health food/supplement stores. I know GNC sells the brand "Braggs" Hope you feel better soon!
