Question: A few days ago i had horrible lower abdominal pain, could barely move or touch it... laid down and took advil,?
A few days ago i had horrible lower abdominal pain could barely move or touch my stomach.. took advil and laid down, the following day ( sorry for the TMI) i had major diarrhea so i took pepto bismol... the same pain from the day before still exist in my lower abdomen.. and just this morning the pain i have in my lower stomach woke me up so i went to the bathroom to do my buisness and to my surprise my stool was a dark black color... i know pepto bismol can turn your stool black, but could it be from the reoccuring stomach pain i still have?? Please NO rude or sarcomments please!! They will be deleted... Thanks

You should not ignore stomach pain like this. Stomach pain can be a sign of something very serious going on, so you need to see a doctor to get this sorted out. Black stool can be a sign of blood in the stool. A number of contions can cause the blood - bleeding ulcers, gastritis, esophageal varices. You definitely need to check with your doctor.

The pain you are describing, is certainly to do with your intestinal tract, it would seem. Lots of bloating is caused by excess gas there and can/is very painful. Since you also had diarrhea I'd say you had a very bad upset stomach from something you ate. Yes pepto does make your stool dark.
Try drinking "tons" of water during this weekend (no school/work etc) and flush out whatever is left, of the "bug", that started all of this 2 days ago. Hope this helps.
