You need to pay attention to this and get it sorted out. You should not ignore stomach pain like this. Stomach pain can be a sign of something very serious going on, so you need to see a doctor to get this sorted out. Black stool can be a sign of blood in the stool. A number of contions can cause the blood - bleeding ulcers, gastritis, esophageal varices. You definitely need to check with your doctor.

if its in the lower right area, then you might have appendicitis. heres a little self check thing that i heard of to check for appendicitis. press the lower part of your stomach and hold it for 2 or 3 seconds and then quickly let go. if the pain in the area got qorse then you probably have appendicitis and should go to the doctor immediately

Hmmmm not to sure myself. Dark Black Colour? Did you take any Iron Tablets?

My best and possibly the best suggestion is to go to a Doctor for professional help. If you cant go to a doctor, call a family or friend to take you to see one.

I think it's time to see a doctor. You don't want to be running around with a ruptured appendix, or something like it. If it is just an intestinal bug, at least you will know.

If its your lower right ab then it could be an appendicitis. Which could kill you if left untreated. prob jus blockage though. See a doctor.
