15 Year Old, Muscle Pain!?!

Question: 15 Year Old, Muscle Pain!?
Hi, I'm 15 years old and for the past 2 days, I haven't been able to walk properly without cryin/almost crying in pain with my muscles! I have pain in both legs, both arms but mostly the left, and my belly.
I don't know what has caused it as it was spontaneous, but is really painful! 2 days ago, I was doing Burpee's, Press Ups & Squats in gym, but i was messing about, I only did like 3 each.. But afterwards the muscles in my legs began aching and i fell up the stairs at school as my legs just collapsed! Does anyone know why I'm getting this really bad muscle pain that is causing me to fall up and down stairs? :( Please help! What could make it better? Thanks.x

Oh and also, 3 days ago I had a jab at school for Tetanus, Polio & Diphtheria, could this be what caused it?

Thank you very much :)

Muscle pain, or "myalgia," is listed as a possible adverse reaction in the Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccine package insert.

"Blood and Lymphatic System Disorders: Lymphadenitis, lymphadenopathy.
Cardiac Disorders: Myocarditis.
General Disorders and Administration Site Conditions: Extensive swelling of the injected limb, injection site induration, injection site inflammation, injection site mass, injection site pruritus, injection site nodule, injection site warmth, local reaction.
Musculoskeletal and Connective Tissue Disorders: Arthralgia, back pain, myalgia.
Nervous System Disorders: Convulsion, encephalitis, facial palsy, paraesthesia.
Skin and Subcutaneous Tissue Disorders: Exanthem, Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura,
rash, urticaria." http://www.fda.gov/downloads/BiologicsBl… (page 9)

If you are in the United States, you should report this vaccine adverse reaction to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System). http://vaers.hhs.gov/resources/VAERS_Bro…

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you can do to get better.
