Hi i have a enlarged spleen please help?

i have just been dischared from hospital!!
i have not passed a stole for nearly2 weeks, i have severe stomach cramps all the time with the occasionly a really sharp contraction type pain.
i also have pain in my left rib and on my back and sometimes even in my left sholder.
i have had blood test every thing was normal with them, i had a xray and it showed that i had some kind of blockege in my large intestine, i also had a ultra scan that was inconclusive cause i was full of gas and stoles.
it also showed that i had a enlarged spleen, i also have a umbilicle hernia.
and have been given a enema which didnt shift any stole at all, i have been having strong laxative twice a day but yet still no movment.

right bear all that in mind
i still have not passed a stole (yet they sent me home)
they didnt get a veiw of my bowl (they still sent me home)
the pain has trippled since i first got addmited(they still sent me home)

please has anyone got any addvice, what are my rights

Under these circumstances I'd go back to the emergency room and tell them the pain has increased which should have been the instruction on your discharge notes. Contact your physician. IF necessary go to another hospital. This can be very serious.
