Question:

Whenever I clench my fist using my four fingers, I can feel a significant pop at the bottom of my hand? Cause?

The popping feeling is found at the bottom of my hand when I clench my fingers and also will pop again when I release my four fingers. I play golf almost everyday and use the keyboard frequently. Are these causing this "pop" and if they are what is this called?

Answers:
