If you're a teenager, it's probably just hormones/growing pains.

If you're a teen/grown female, it could be menstruation.

If you're a middle-aged man, it could be male-menopause (YES, it DOES exist!!)

Or you could be sick (flu, chest cold, etc...)

Would be easier to tell if I knew your age/gender/meds you're on/any other symptoms.

Hope this could help :D

Your feeling dizzy is caused by tight neck muscles which may be the source of the other pains as well. When your neck muscles are tight they restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will end up with a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know that the oxygen level has dropped when you get very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed and more you pass out. to get rid of this problem you have to free up your neck muscles so the blood flows through your head properly again and here's how to free up the muscles for that to happen:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Ready? Set....Get into your general doc, explain yourself. A battery of tests should be ordered. Dizziness can be from a number of things. Too much wax, scar tissue, low thyroid levels or something else.
You need to start on this quickly as the answer may take a bit of time to arrive.
Good luck and remain positive and clutch humor closely.

go to the chiropractor and have him work on you. Tell him what hurts and how it hurts he can tell you what's wrong.
