sick with the stomach flu ....well at least i think .... but there babies so we have to hold, them change, them feed them, basicly do everything for them how do we prevent getting it!!

Wash your hands frequently with antibacterial soap and water. Rinse well and dry with a clean or a paper towel. Hand sanitizers are a distant second best choice.
Wash after each contact with saliva, nasal secretions, vomitus, urine or soiled diapers.
On a less scientific basis, drink plenty of fruit juice.
